The most important thing in our life began with a conversation. However, no one has taught us how to converse.
This skill is essential for #selling, #leading #high-performance teams, #motivating.
Conversing intelligently has become a great challenge; it is not easy or automatic to “connect.”
Surely the question that would come now is: how to converse intelligently to #impact?
The answer does not come from a single variable. It is multi variable and the first is to apply the following perspective:
IT’S NOT ME, IT’S YOU.

To conduct intelligent conversations, one of the keys is undoubtedly to focus your attention on the other and avoid the tendency to focus on yourself.
Apply this perspective in your first words when starting a conversation. For example, instead of starting by saying: “I THINK…”, change it to a question with a focus on the other: “TELL ME… what do you think about…?”
It’s not Rocket Science, it’s back to basics.
